Proxy: I have acquired Richard's proxy box, which is fully sleeved and well-organized. All are welcome to use it for event, if you need to build the deck, just arrive 30 min in advance at F2F
Prizes: -$10 for highest placing "budget" deck (if applicable)
-$10 for highest placing non-proxy deck (if applicable)
Remaining: -1st: 40%
-2nd: 30%
-3rd/4th: 15%
