This is part two of my introductory series on Vintage, and this one is even more targeted at Magic Online players. I'll be getting back to my normal content soon, but the website wanted this type of intro to the format.

I've had several players message me in-game to tell me that they had just bought a Vintage deck, so hopefully this helps grow the number of Online players even further.

I've been pointing players new to our local vintage scene at your articles. It's a great stepping stone for developing the vocabulary of the usual suspects and an understanding of Vintage as not just a collection of decks, but instead the pillars and how they interact.

Thank you very much! New players are the intended audience, so that's wonderful. I really appreciate that and I hope they enjoy them.   Very Happy
I've met some people on MTGO that told me they decided to buy into Vintage, or trade in a deck for a Vintage deck, and that's the best thing I could hope for. The amount of players I see in the various queues and free play rooms have increased. The price of the Power Nine is climbing, which is both good and bad. Good in that it means people are buying in again and not selling out their power, bad in that it makes it that much harder for a new player. I really suggest that people buy power as soon as possible to avoid paying more later. I thought about buying some to sell back later, because I'm pretty confident that the price will continue to climb.

Thanks for reading. I hope to make the format accessible to new players, and I try not to come off as a self-important arrogant jerk  Wink
