Nice article.

I would highly encourage anyone who has not done so to watch the Finals of PT Chicago 1999. Bob Maher and Brian Davis played one of the most entertaining and unlikely matches of Magic ever.

"I fully believe that if Dredge could play a transformational sideboard it would just win all the tournaments yet it just doesn’t have one because there is just nothing that it can play. It’d be awesome to completely ignore all those very specific hate cards people bring against you but how are you going to do that?" - Paulo Vitor Damo da Rosa

Thank you very much! I've been on an Oath kick again lately. I love it so much, not sure why. Probably because I love Griselbrand.

At one of the GP Seattle vintage side events I had the good fortune to play a gentleman from the East Coast piloting a Bomber Oath deck (I seem to remember him indicating he was from the East coast and he had an NYSE playmat).

His mainboard Magus of the Future was interesting, especially with Sylvan Library. His take eemed like an interesting evolution for the deck. Dromoka was relegated to the sideboard, I think...

This week, Joshua Potucek's OathStill deck will be featured among a more varied list than in the previous article. I didn't have room for another Oath deck, but after playing it yesterday and today, I'm in love with Oathstill.

Very nice article.
I noticed that Sylvan Library wasn't mentioned much in your account of the matches.
Is that because it wasn't played much? Based on your experience is it really worth playing?

Sylvan is really good right now, it's like a sensei's top that can't be misstepped and doesn't get hosed by null rod. Plus it draws cards.
