i think the Vampiric is better than a 2nd Lim-Dul's Vault because you can get what you need in a pinch.  Also, you dont have to worry about the second color, so you could potentially get a Survival sooner.

i really like the single Lim-Dul's in this deck.

still, i think that a Dreadnaught belongs in here.  I like your list, but i am going to test it with -1 Bird or -1 Quirion, and +1 Dreadnaught.

i dont like the Ranger either, though it has gotten me out of some mana screw problems, and protects against Wasteland/Strip.

again, your list looks really strong, and i like the way it's running for me.

have you tested against V.Mask, Stax, WelderMUD, and Hulk  since making the "upgrades".  I will work on testing this week.

i wish Hypnox fit.  maybe i will drop one Phage for a Hypnox.  Its a strong play to dump their hand and put them on a 3 turn clock.

how about runnin hypnox in the place of the ranger, instead of the nought you were thinking of.

i dont like the idea of gowing below 4 birds, but you never know what testing will show.

i need to find some people from TMD to test with. but thats going off subject...

@summen: wow! nice research! thanks for the links.

@sapro: i will move the Ranger to the SB and replace it with Hypnox.  However, i'm still going to fit a Dreadnaught in here somehow.  I liked how my deck ran with 3 Birds, and i will test that out.  12/12 Trample...mmmmmm...better than donuts...

EDIT (September 2nd): has anyone tested this against WelderMUD and Stax???  please share results on that if you have.
