1 Suck it Nick Detwiler (Thanks Austin!)

Hey, I'm just happy I didn't get a game loss for an illegal sideboard for that one. Never make me write up a deck list for a tourny that small again.

I had the pleasure of deciphering several individuals handwriting; it would best be described as scrawl.  Thankfully I knew Jake Gans's list.  His handwriting looks like it belongs to a mental patient, five year old or serial killer.  Your handwriting was legible.

I did announce it, and I did feel as though it probably should have been up there for the community.  If you can adequately explain why you don't believe this should be up, I'll agree not to ask for lists at the N.Y.S.E. Lites going forward.

Congratulations to Austin Pollack on winning Saturday's event for a Volcanic Island.

There will not be a small event this week, as this week we have a Lotus tournament.  The first weekend in June we'll have a Saturday event at Marks and an N.Y.S.E. Lite at Comicbook Depot.

Hope to see you all on Saturday!

A little later than I had mentioned, but the top 4 decklists:

1st - Jake Gans - MUD

You know, you would think in a guys own backyard they would properly name the name he built...

might as well just say congratulations to bazaar of baghdad

Jake Jakelson Gans:
I played workshop aggro lol

Nick Detwiler
Jake... The deck isn't Shop Aggro. It's MUD Stax. Shop Aggro plays jank like Juggernaut. I cringed when I saw you call it Shop Aggro. That's like confusing a Bentley with an Acura.

Trust me Vinnie, it could be worse.

Nick, are these two tournaments being held June 5 and 6, or the next weekend June 12 and 13? Hopefully it's the latter because then I could make the one on Sunday. Also as I'm sure you know SCG Philly is coming up on the 5th and 6th.

Nick you have to start putting dates on these events. One additional line of text could save like 6 posts of confusion.

It's the 5th and 6th.  I know that there's a SCG 5K in Philly, but these are the dates that I have available to me.

I'll talk to Alan from Depot.  I don't know if I'm going to be able to schedule a major NYSE event in June, so it may mean that I'm left scheduling a few mid tier and lower tier events in lieu of it.

Sincere thanks to the 17 guys who came today to fight it out for a Bazaar of Baghdad.  At the end of the day we all had a tough time telling the 14 year old no, and Jake Gans won himself another Vintage event.

T4:

1st - Jake Gans - Dredge
2nd - Greg Fenton - Elephant Oath
3rd - Andrew Fowler - Mono Red Shops
4th - James Hangley - MUD

Coming up on Saturday we have a Volcanic Island tournament at Marks Comics.  More announcements will be put up in the coming days.  Hope to see you all next weekend...

As much as I loved the deck name, I'd like not to get banned from TMD.

Depends on the pilot and the recipient.

Well the pilot is Amelia Eirheart and the recipient is a player to be named later
