Having regular events to actually play in is definitely "something awesome" enough for me. I'm super excited that we have a scene again, and will make it to every event I can to help perpetuate it. |

You can prereg me. Also, wondering if you have any objection to my bringing a video camera to attempt to record matches. I'd like to use this event to get more than 0% familiar with the camera, in case I do some coverage at the Hadley tourney end of August.
This is not a guarantee that I will bring the camera or try to use it, just checking to see if it's an option.

Vintage is a lovely format, it's too bad so few people can play because the supply of power is so small.
Chess really changed when they decided to stop making Queens and Bishops. I'm just glad I got my copies before the prices went crazy.

If we have around 16 players, I'd expect: 2-3 Dredge 4-5 Shops 2 TPS 2-4 Tezz/Blue Vault-Key 2-4 Oath And if Mikey B is still attending, 1 Elves (Tarpan will not help you here). |

11 Players, cut to top 4. Top 4 was John Longo (Tog), Oliver Beaumont (Oath Tezz), Albert Ye (Mud) and a nice gentlemen playing Dark Times. Albert and John split the finals.

Special thanks to Oli for lending me the mono-black deck! I was planning on playing a hybrid GWSx/TPS and remembered to bring just about every other magic card I have...aside from my deck, as ridiculous as that sounds. It was only my 2nd myriad games event, but it was great. Thanks Dan!
