Fellow New England players, the time has come! It's your opportunity to choose the team that will represent you in the upcoming New England vs. New York vs. Pennsylvania Grudge Match on August 28th. The rules for voting are these: 1. You can only vote for Team New England if you are a New England player. You don't have to be planning to come to the Grudge Match, though. 2. To verify that all votes come from New England players only, the voting thread isn't a blind poll. Instead, to cast your vote, make a post with your choices. If you're not especially active in the New England Vintage scene, it might help to mention the area where you live, or a tournament in New England that you played in. 3. You can make up to 3 choices for the main team. The 3 players with the most votes will be the primary members for Team New England. You can only choose from the list of candidates below. 4. You can also vote for 3 additional "understudies" for Team New England. In case someone on the main team can't make it, one of the understudies will fill in for them. You can choose anyone you want to be an understudy, whether or not they're on the ballot for the main team. They do need to be a New England player though, and it would probably be good to ensure they're planning to go before voting for them. 5. The voting will be open for 2 weeks. The ballot for the main roster for Team New England: Demonic Attorney ("Demonic Attorney") Ray Robillard ("iamfishman") Steve Houdlette ("Grand Inquisitor") Eric Dupuis ("ELD") Andy Probasco ("TheBrassMan") Travis LaPlante ("JuggernautGO") John Longo ("Oath of Happy") Oliver Beaumont ("Englishman_in_NH") Jesse Martin ("failtofind") Andrew Farias ("Nefarias") Happy voting, and may the best team win! |
