As a reminder, Myriad Games will be hosting weekly Vintage events on Saturdays at our Salem location, beginning in January. We will be closed on January 1st to celebrate New Year's, so these will begin on January 8th. They will run the first three weeks of the month, and then we'll have the Prerelease for Mirrodin Besieged the final weekend of January, so we will not have a specific Vintage event that day (though folks are welcome to play between rounds, as often happens at our non-Vintage events here at Myriad).
We will not have a "big" tournament in January, and a 10-proxy Vintage tournament will be on the calendar for February (once Mirrodin Besieged is out), so stay tuned.

This will be our first Weekly Vintage event, so be sure to show your support if you can make it. We'll be hosting Magic events at both our store locations this Saturday, so to minimize confusion on what's where, here's the breakdown: Myriad Games: Manchester - Grand Prix Trial - ExtendedRegistration begins at 10 AM. Decklists are due at 11 AM. Entry = $25. Unfortunately I think the Snow is going to keep me from being able to attend : ( Hopefully I can make it on my next Saturday off!
EDIT - Maybe I will end up coming as the weather has changed to 0-2 inches of snow. I guess Ill know in the morning!

Sounds good. These events are usually pretty smooth and quick. They're also available on our new events calendar through Facebook and at www.MyriadGames.com/events , so you can mark Attending today! We've added our events through February, so you can preregister today! And on January 22nd, in honor of Kyle's birthday, we're upgrading our prizes to $15 per player with the same $10 entry. The driving time, to cost or entry and gas, to playing ratio doesn't add up well for me, this week (my wife had to explain this to me). I'm going to pass, unfortunately. I'll be there for Kyle's birthday, though! Nothing else booked to mess up next Saturday.
