Had a great time last night, thanks to everyone who came out despite the holiday! Mike Mc-geachie successfully defended the title from the invading forces taking first, however we did not go unscathed as the Atog Lord took second and Roland took 3rd. Finally in a close 4th, Ben Feingersh beat me out on breakers.

yup! People are there earlier for some testing and EDH, generally.
Really good way to get 3 or 4 rounds of tournament-quality vintage in against some great opponents. Only 5 bucks! (all entry fees get paid back out in prizes to the top 4).

For clarification, the Banned and Restricted list updates do not go into effect until this coming weekend. As such tonight will be the last night for cruising at full speed!
Additionally Fate Reforged is not released until this coming weekend so cards from that set are not yet legal but will be for next weeks event.

As I'm sure most of the locals are aware there is quite the snow storm brewing for tomorrow.
As such I felt it important to let folks know that if the snow is indeed as bad as they say, I will not be making it to the shop and would likely suggest you do the same. So stay tuned here for an update tomorrow regarding the potential cancelation of the event for this week.
