I believe we are talking about a different match or day. The one I saw was him at 0-2 playing against my friend playing Oath, round 3 on Sunday, and his opponent was present and not late. He was upset over his opponent calling a judge on him when he drew his card for turn on his opponent's main phase. Dave asked if he was done, and his opponent responded, "No, Not Yet", and Dave drew his card for turn (clearly a misunderstanding). His opponent then called the judge on him. There is a full account of the events on the SCG forums.
In this incident, he did yell and swear. I was sitting 2 or 3 seats away. Everyone around was surprised he didn't get DQed. I think Rich Shay was sitting near them as well.
I had no clue about that run in with the judges during another round. I would also be upset if a judge said I had made a call when I clearly had not.

They stopped posting the tourneys and results on TMD because Americans almost never made the trip up, except Paul Mastriano a few times. MTGOntario is all they need to get really good numbers, as almost all Ontario players are on the site. We have gotten 60+ a few times, you can expect most events to be around 30-50 people, although the one last weekend didn't go too well because it was a long weekend and many people were out of town. If you have any more questions about the events or area, send me a PM.

I think you guys are forgetting that with cards like Damping Matrix, Cursed Totem and Chalice is that when the Dragon comes into play, they get removed, which gives your opponent an opportunity to Extirpate or Macabre your win condition or Dragon. I ran into the same problem a few years ago when i was playing Defense Grid in the sideboard. Also, Chalice comes back with 0 counters on it once it goes RFG and returns.

After my initial freak out and my planning on how to sell my collection, I have decided to take it as it comes.
They may have taken out the pillar of most blue decks, but this gives us a great open format to innovate. I am sure blue will not be dead, they just need a new direction.

Obviously everyone loved Iron Man, but a movie I've really enjoyed this year that's likely to fall through most peoples' cracks is In Bruges, an independent film starring Colin Farrell, Brendan Gleeson and Ralph Fiennes. Farrell and Gleeson are a couple of hitmen sent to the city of Bruges in Belgium by Fiennes for some unknown reason. I went into the film expecting a fairly generic action movie with some good deadpan British humor, but I got something that was much much better. I highly recommend it.
I loved this movie. For some reason it reminded me of Boondock Saints, and someone else said the same when they walked out of the theater.
