Becker made the original IT, but this list was a product of myself and more-so twaun. You guys really need to have Jaco help design your decks. Those Serum Visions could have been something good, like Magus of the Moons. ; ) Congrats to Justin, Nam, Randall, Juan, and Athony for Top 8 appearances, and to Mr. Sculptini for winning it all...again.

I have 1 question for Paul, How did de strategic plannings work for you in the TPS list. I was testing the same and like them so far. I put them in as an experiment, and I won, but it's hard for me to say how good they were. Most of the time they sat in my hand and I didn't end up playing them. I usually had better stuff to do. Still, in the handful of times when I didn't have something better to do, they were good. it's hard for me to decide if those Strat plannings shouldn't just be more bombs.

The blue spells combo plays are generally required to be insane. Why? Simply because blue mana is so much harder to generate than black. Strategic planning doesn't strike me as quite good enough for dark ritual-based decks.
If I were to look at a blue card that set up the graveyard for yawgmoth's will, I'd look at intuition and gifts ungiven first. That said, I know the shortcomings of the former, and I'm sure after a bit of discussion/forum review/testing, the rest of the community will as well.

Tourney was a blast! I am pretty sure everyone had a good time. I have to give Nam a shout out. During our match we were getting a bit rowdy. If you have witnessed people from Cleveland play each other you know what I am talking about. I didn't write down my mana and for some reason I tapped a Mox Pearl for no reason. Nam was like "Burn for one?" and I was like "What do you mean?" I was at one life and combo-ing out with Empty the Warrens FTW. He let me walk through the spells and fix the problem since it was a bit hectic in the room. Thanks a million Nam. 2 Serum Visions

It's all gravy. We are friends! We play games! We have fun! You were probably the cause of one of my beers being removed from my receipt at The Melt though weren't you? I couldn't figure it out! Thanks friend! Maybe next time you will win some power

Nam, you failed to mention my incredible judging. I got to answer questions I haven't heard asked since Oath was Standard legal. I just wish I could've gone to that Melt place afterwards, but I had been up since 3am, and had to be back at work at 5 am.
