After missing SCG Chicago, I will be doing everything in my power to be there for this. Stasch this is a really good idea with such a great location, it's not easy to set up a year long thing like that. I hope everyone realizes what kind of awesomeness they will be missing if don't participate!!!!

Dave your missing the point. If you had an honest concern you would have sent that msg in a pm, but instead your hurting the "overall legitimacy of the format" spreding negative press. I know how hard it is to organize events and make sure you get enough people, without someone vomiting negativity just to stir up trouble. I undrstand your the all mighty Dave Feinstein, but not everyone needs to know "what Dave thinks about this" all the time. I think your intial response was a low blow and that's why I responded the way I did. You make me wish I had never logged on to the drain today and this isn't the first time.

Dave you have this situation totally twisted! First off to assume Eric was trying to pull something just shows you have no idea who he is or what he is about. You say you don’t mean to be negative so maybe it’s that your personality that just can’t help it. I’ve seen you say and accuse some pretty dumb shit on the drain, but this is too much. Even if you honestly feel this way, maybe this would have been something to better discuss in a pm, especially being that it’s Adept to Adept. Or maybe that doesn’t mean much anymore, I don’t know, things like this are the very reason I don’t often bother even looking at the site anymore. Eric like most of us loves this game, but his life is headed in a direction he has to put it down, I can see you not understanding the honor in that. All he wants is for it go out with a bang. This isn't some scandalous scheme like you have now projected to other people who also might not of had the pleasure of knowing Eric themselves. There was a time when some of if not the only tourneys in Mil-Chi area where at the store I manage, and yes I would organize and get power for these events, hire a judge and have someone else run it so I could play. Why? Because I love this game and the friends I have made. I gave the community events to play in when there weren’t others, not for myself but for everyone. Eric should be praised, anyone who sets up and ensure a well run tourney(which I’m positive this will be), should be praised. He certainly doesn’t deserve to be subject to your slanderous BS, get a clue!
