Charles, we are more than going to miss you in the Vintage community. I'm sure you'll come back though once you have money sorted out (you always do, not the first time you "quit"). Anywho I'm sure I'll still be seeing you on a regular basis. Team Glitch for the win! And as always you know whenever you want to go to a tournament just ask, I'm sure I can throw something together for you.

Just wondering what hotel everyone plans on staying at. I'm last minute and still havent booked a room yet. If anyone has any extra room I could definitely pitch in towards the room and bring an air matress or something. TMD Open 12 will be epic. Tuttle, if you read this, you better bring a playstation and that jank-ass playstation 1 game you were telling me about

I should be there. I vote for the ELD proxies to not count, but if the player has more than 10 proxies already the ELD proxies should not cost an additional $1. I don't think that New England players should have the proxy advantage with these, but should get some sort of slight benefit for having them. What ELD proposed sounds pretty solid as well though.

I'm so happy this tournament got rescheduled. One reason is I have finals the 17th and 18th and wasn't going to be able to make it. Second, attendance would be butchered not to mention the risk factor with the bad weather we are supposed to get. I'll update some posters to put around campus to alert everyone about the change to this. By the way Feinstein, I still have the emperor strikes back from you, It's in my car so I dont forget it for this tournament, I'll give it to you then.
Anywho, I should be there the 23rd. Look forward to seeing everyone there!

I should be there with a buddy of mine just getting into vintage. I'm sure the event will be a good time. And Ray, I think this will turn from lemonade stand style to corporate America lemonade district in a hurry. Everyone loves your events, I wouldn't expect to be getting as low of a turnout as you expect hah. Mini-waterbury my ass! , but yes lemonade stand style would be nice. Looking forward to the event, Marek

This is the first time I've seen the gush-fastbond engine in successful flash list. Has this been done before (I know its been mentioned)? Seems like an noteworthy development.
Yeah I had been working on development of strange flash builds for a while the whole previous week to this tournament and this was the list I came up with that seemed to work. Lots of time I'd float mana for gush and walk into the kill, or if i had the kill I'd gush to get more counters/disruption. Drawing into slivers wasnt a problem either....virulent slivers are easy to cast, and heart sliver gets brainstormed back, and if I can't I just have slivers with summoning sickness. I really liked the deck, and would like to tweak it slightly, but overall it was pretty good. Also, I'd like to thank Dan for another wonderful Myriad tourney! Marek
